This policy explains how Law Viona ("VionaPropNex"), a salesperson registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA Reg. No. R055553G) under PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (CEA Licence No. L3008022J), collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you use this website or submit an enquiry.

1. What we collect

  • Contact details you give us through forms: name, mobile number, email address, and the content of your message (which may include a property address if you request a valuation).
  • Enquiry context: the page you submitted from, so we can respond relevantly.
  • We do not run advertising trackers, remarketing pixels or analytics cookies on this website at launch.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the property advice, valuation, e-brochure or appointment you asked for.
  • To follow up on your request by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email — only where you have given consent via our form checkbox.
  • To meet regulatory obligations under the Estate Agents Act and CEA regulations.

3. Do Not Call (DNC) Registry

The consent checkbox on our forms constitutes clear and unambiguous consent for us to contact you about your enquiry. Where consent is not present, Singapore numbers are screened against the DNC Registry before any telemarketing contact, in line with PDPA requirements.

4. Disclosure

Your data is never sold. It is shared only where necessary to serve you — for example with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (agency compliance and transaction processing), our form processing provider (Formspree, which transmits your enquiry to us), banks or law firms you choose to engage, or where the law requires it.

5. Protection & retention

Reasonable security arrangements are in place to protect your data from unauthorised access or disclosure. Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to serve you and to meet regulatory record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely disposed of.

6. Your rights

  • Withdraw consent at any time — we will stop contacting you (note this may limit our ability to serve your request).
  • Access or correct your personal data held by us.
